I have been a auto mechanic for over 40 years.  I especially like muscle cars and all forms of motorsports.  I am into fitness and healthy eating along with exercise .  My wife and I enjoy spending time with our kids and grandkids. I also enjoy off road racing as our son races a Class 8 Ford truck and I help him with the motor and other mechanical issues.
